Hello Blogosphere. Welcome to Garlic & Ganache, a blog dedicated to the complementary culinary compatibility (say that five times fast!) of my husband-to-be and me. I love the savory, and J loves the sweet. We have our respective strengths in the kitchen. I fry and he frosts. I chop and he whips. I start kitchen fires and he puts them out. I may occasionally stray away from the food-related and into matters of life, love, and wedding planning, but this blog will focus mainly on our adventures in the kitchen.
